Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be processed as a return.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment (via Paystack) within 3 to 5 business days.
